Return & Warranty Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to KengDim within 7 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, KengDim reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  1. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  2. KengDim is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  3. KengDim is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

  1. Packaging of the returned items has been opened.
  2. Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
  3. All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
  4. Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
  5. Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
  6. Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
  7. Kengdim Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

WARRANTY POLICY

Products at KengDim can be categorized into the following warranty categories:

  • Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
  • KengDim Warranty (Import Product)
  • Original Manufacturer Warranty

Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

Buyer has the choice to buy and test the product within the guarantee period. If the product is not upto buyer expectation or satisfaction, buyer can return the product to KengDim for a full refund (deduct shipping cost) within the guarantee period. No restocking fee applies.

KengDim Warranty Product (Import Product)

The product is usually a direct import from oversea. KengDim provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year or as stated on the product page during the time of the purchase, whichever is less. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items. In case of warranty claim, customer needs to send the product to KengDim address at his / her own cost. KengDim will return the repaired product to customer at our own cost.

Original Manufacturer Warranty Product

The product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. All items needing repair (other than Import Product) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. KengDim is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

KengDim will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. KengDim’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
