KengDim offers Free Shipping for most of the orders within Malaysia (Please refer to our listing)! We only use big Courier companies such as PosLaju, Citylink, Gdex and TA-Q-BIN with tracking number provided on each parcel. KengDim reserved the right to decide which Courier company we should use to post your item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
KengDim ship with FedEx and UPS. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

- For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 1pm Malaysia time. Courier Company normally take 1-2 days to deliver to your doorstep. KengDim will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact KengDim if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after shipped. KengDim is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
- For special order item, please allow 3-14 weeks for delivery. In most cases, products will be obtained and ship out within a week. KengDim will offer full refund if special order item is unable to be delivered from KengDim's supplier within the 2 weeks period.
- KengDim will try to make sure the stock status is accurate and updated from time to time. We will contact our customer the soonest if we found out your order is currently out of stock and ready for full refund. You can always contact KengDim at +6016 555 8197 to check our stock status before place your order.
- KengDim is not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of late delivery / unable to deliver due to customer not available / cancellation of an order. In some cases there might be longer delay in delivering a stock. Please contact us if you did not get your order within 2 weeks of placing your order.
- We are welcomes customer who stay nearby or willing to travel to our warehouse for self-collect the item. For reason we are not retail shop and ready for walk in customer, kindly make an appointment with us prior to your collection.

- We ship worldwide (except to Brazil, Russia, North Korea, Israel and Uganda).
- A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt.
- Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.
- If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, KengDim reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
- International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). KengDim able to help customer under declare the item value for certain countries so that customer can pay lower tax. It is subject to each country’s customs rules. Some countries have strict customs rules which under declare is not applicable and customer shall responsible for the full local import duties and taxes (VAT).
- KengDim will advise customer on import duties and taxes (VAT) matter based on our past experiences and profession. It may not be 100% accurate as customs rule may changing from time to time.
